Gallipoli Barracks Open Day
FREE OPEN DAY
The event allows Defence people to connect with the Brisbane community, by opening a section of the barracks to the public. This year is especially important as we celebrate Army’s 125th birthday, attendees will be able to view equipment and historical displays, capability demonstrations, musical performances and fireworks.
Check out the vehicles so you can spot them on the road and know what they are – 40M, HX77, Hawkei, Bushmaster, Boxer. Then talk to those who support the soldiers on the ground from health to those gathering information or providing lines of support. Find a career in the Army you did not know about.
